It also comes with an automation application that makes the analysis of hundreds of spectra with Profound simple.    To install these clients on your computer, click on the links below and save the downloaded files into a temporary directory. Double click on the downloaded file to expand it and then run the "setup.exe" program that appears in the temporary directory to complete the installation. m/z: a spectrum viewing and peak finding application. m/z is a common platform that can be used for analyzing mass spectra from most common instruments. PAWS: a protein sequence calculation application. PAWS can perform a large number of common calculations necessary for the detailed analysis of mass spectra with respect to a particular protein sequence. PAWS can exchange information with m/z, making detailed analysis easy. Knexus automation: a powerful automated mass spectrum analysis application that submits, stores and summarizes multiple protein identification experiments.
