Knexus comes with several Windows client applications that are designed to make analyzing mass spectra in the context of protein sequences easy. It also comes with an automation application that makes the analysis of hundreds of spectra with Profound simple.
To install these clients on your computer, click on the links below and save the downloaded files into a temporary directory. Double click on the downloaded file to expand it and then run the "setup.exe" program that appears in the temporary directory to complete the installation.
